You can place an order directly through our website by adding items to your cart and completing the checkout process.

Yes. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
Q3: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact support@zyarafashion.com within 24 hours. After dispatch, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.

We currently deliver to all regions of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland).

Q6: How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the chosen method. Free shipping promotions will be clearly advertised when available.

Yes, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the returned items. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5β10 business days to appear in your account.

We try to ensure product images are as accurate as possible. However, slight variations in colour may occur due to screen settings.
