  • Klarna transactions are handled directly by Klarna Bank AB (publ), authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) in the UK.

  • Payment details (such as full card numbers) are never stored on our servers.

  • Refunds for eligible returns will always be processed through the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Refund times may vary depending on the provider (Shopify Payments, Klarna, PayPal, etc.), but typically take 5–10 business days.
