Returns & Refunds Policy – Zyara Fashion

At Zyara Fashion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, this Returns & Refunds Policy outlines your rights and our procedures, in line with UK consumer law.


1. Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods, without providing any reason.

  • To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing (by email to support@zyarafashion.com) within the 14-day period.

  • You then have a further 14 days to return the items to us.

  • Refunds will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned items or proof of postage, whichever comes first.


2. Conditions for Returns

We can only accept returns if:

  • The items are in their original condition: unused, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags/labels attached.

  • Items are returned in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.

⚠️ Please note: For hygiene reasons, certain items such as underwear, swimwear, or earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.


3. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or wrong item:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at support@zyarafashion.com, including photos and details of the issue.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or provide a full refund, including shipping costs.


4. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance.

  • Customised or personalised products.

  • Gift cards.


5. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

  • It may take 5–10 working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


6. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, colour, or item, you will need to return the original product and place a new order.


7. How to Return an Item

  1. Email support@zyarafashion.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. You will receive instructions and the return address.

  3. Package the item securely and include proof of purchase inside.

  4. Send the item via a tracked delivery service (customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty).
