1. Shipping Destinations
We currently deliver orders to all regions of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland).
We do not offer international delivery at this time.
2. Processing Times

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
3. Delivery Options & Timeframes

Standard Delivery: 5–10 working days.

Express Delivery: 2–5 working days (additional charge applies).
Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or peak demand periods.

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and destination.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. These will be clearly communicated on our website.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery status online.
6. Delivery Conditions

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm (excluding public holidays).

If no one is available at the delivery address, the courier may attempt re-delivery or leave your package at a local collection point.

Zyara Fashion is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
7. Damaged or Missing Packages
If your order arrives damaged, opened, or incomplete:

Please refuse delivery and notify us immediately at support@zyarafashion.com.

If you accept the package and later discover issues, contact us within 48 hours with photos and details.
8. Delays Beyond Our Control
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as courier strikes, severe weather, or unforeseen disruptions. However, we will always keep you informed if such events occur.
